This dancer is fighting an invisible battle within. She is twisted and frayed by anxieties and fears. She is desperately holding on to her reality; feeling untethered and adrift. Her panic is like whirlwind, consuming her being. All the while this dancer performs; the show must go on.

Twisted is dedicated to all those who struggle with anxiety and panic disorder. My own struggles with this disorder were at some points debilitating and alienating. To all those with, or know someone with an anxiety or panic disorder, you are not alone. There is hope. You are stronger than you know.
